Processing and Delivery Times
Our teams process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.
The total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:
Processing time: 24 to 72 business hours after order confirmation.
Delivery time: 7 to 13 business days within the United Kingdom.
During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, such as logistics restrictions or weather conditions, an additional delay of 3 to 4 days may occur.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
